Contents:

  • Process concept and classification of business process management in administration
  • Process purpose and desired result as the starting point of the recording
  • SIPOC model: Supplier, Input, Process, Output and Customer
  • Practical group work in Webex and Miro on prepared administrative processes

Objectives:
Define the scope of administrative processes in a goal-oriented manner, map them systematically using SIPOC, and document their key steps in a logical sequence.

Target group:
Employees of the local and state administration in Brandenburg and Berlin

Technical knowledge:
No prior technical knowledge required. PC/laptop, stable internet connection, audio, a current browser and the use of Webex and Miro are required.
