But what does this mean for the environmental balance? The online lecture will teach you the technical basics of video streaming and shed light on how intensive use worldwide contributes to significant greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time, you will learn which innovativeive approaches from research already exist to reduce emissions and make digital communication more sustainable.

The target group are employees of SMEs and public organisations who work with video and streaming services and want to use them in a sustainable and resource-efficient way.
