Identify typical weak points in administrative processes and classify them in a structured manner.

Employees of the local and state administration in Brandenburg and Berlin

Technical knowledge:
No prior technical knowledge required. PC/laptop, stable internet connection, audio, a current browser and the use of Webex and Miro are required.
