AI in recruiting

Attracting new employees is an integral part of many business processes. AI can assist in recruiting when visibility, approach and communication needs to be covered with limited resources. 
The workshop will show how the AI tools ChatGPT, PeopleGPT, Landbot, Metaview and Canva are used in the recruiting processcan be:

• Generate
  Create target-group-oriented and consistent content for social media, website and blog
• Personalised approach
  Individual direct contact with potential candidates via social media and email
• Find Active Sourcing
  Qualified Candidates
• Recruiting
  chatbots automated answering of frequent applicant questions (e.g. about jobs, process, prerequisites)
• Job interviews
  guides and summarize notes

Objective:
To enable recruiting managers to use AI specifically to support recruiting and to reduce recurring tasks.

Target group:
Human resources manager, Recruiter as well as employees and executives with HR or recruiting tasks in small and medium-sized companies.
