About the training:
Artificial intelligence is currently changing the world of work at a rapid pace. In this interactive workshop, everyone involved in HR will learn how generative AI den the entire employee life cycle: from recruiting, development and employee retention to exit and alumni management.
Participants will be given concrete applications of AI in personnel management, concrete use cases andvarious AI tools. They will learn how AI can be used to automate, personalise and make tasks more efficient in everyday HR. In addition, we address central questions about fairness and transparency and reflect on the opportunities and risks in dealing with AI.
