These processes take a lot of time - especially if they are done manually. Artificial intelligence can support this by speeding up routine tasks and making information usable more quickly.
In this online module, we will show you how AI-supported assistance functions can facilitate typical office tasks: from automatic protocol support to comprehensible summaries to the structured preparation of tasks.

  • AI-supported protocol creation (using the meeting assistance tool SallyAI as an example)
  • AI-supported preparation from MS Office content (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) using the example of Microsoft 365 Copilot
